The areas of special flood hazard identified by FEMA in a scientific and engineering report entitled, "The Flood Insurance Study For Payne County, Oklahoma And Incorporated Areas" dated May 16, 2007, with the accompanying flood insurance rate map (FIRM), and the areas of special flood hazard identified by FEMA in a scientific and engineering report entitled, "The Flood Insurance Study For Creek County, Oklahoma And Incorporated Areas" dated May 18, 2009, with the accompanying flood insurance rate map (FIRM), are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. This chapter shall go into effect on May 18, 2009. (Ord. 262, 4-13-2009)
