12-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
The legislature of the state of Oklahoma has in 82 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1601 through 1618, as amended, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt ordinances designed to minimize flood losses. (Ord. 262, 4-13-2009)
