11-5-9: STORM DRAINAGE:
Provisions shall be made for the disposal of all storm water. Where initial construction does not provide for storm sewers, drainage ditches of adequate capacity shall be constructed. Facilities for storm drainage should be of adequate capacity to take care of surface runoff originating within the subdivision or flowing across it. (Ord. 130, 11-1-1977)
