Fees connected with the administration and enforcement of this title shall be as follows:
A. Preliminary Plat: For each preliminary or tentative plat, the commission shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) or a fee of fifty cents ($0.50) per lot plus five dollars ($5.00), whichever is largest.
B. Final Plat: For each final plat, the commission shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) or a fee of fifty cents ($0.50) per lot plus five dollars ($5.00), whichever is largest.
C. Lot Split: For each lot split, the commission shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
D. Public Hearing: For each request for public hearing before the commission on a subdivision matter, the commission shall collect a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00), except that no fee shall be required of municipalities.
E. Inspection Fee: The city commission and the county commission may establish fees for inspections and investigations of subdivisions. (Ord. 130, 11-1-1977)
