11-2-1: INTENT:
The primary responsibility for the adoption, amendment, interpretation and administration of this title shall be that of the planning commission. It is the intent of the planning commission that the public interest be protected by a thorough review of all proposed plats without undue delay to developers. (Ord. 130, 11-1-1977)
