Before any plat shall be recorded or be of any validity, it shall have been reviewed by the planning commission and either approved or rejected and shall have been approved by the city commission as having fulfilled the requirements of this title and the zoning ordinance. Said approval of the city commission must be clearly affixed on all pages of said plat along with the date thereof. (Ord. 130, 11-1-1977)
