10-14-2: POLICY ON ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS:

It shall be the policy of the city that in the consideration of proposed amendments to this title that: Amendments will be adopted to recognize changes in the comprehensive plan, to correct errors, or to recognize changed or changing conditions in a particular area or in the jurisdictional area generally. (Ord. 165, 12-6-1983)
