Notes:
   1.   The frontage of any lot in the RE district which meets the requirements of minimum lot size may be less than the minimum frontages as long as the front building line on said lot is a minimum of 125 linear feet.
   2.   A minimum of 3 townhouse lots.
   3.   In the RM-1 district, a one-story limitation shall apply to structures containing more than 3 dwelling units which are within 50 feet of an adjoining RE or RS district.
   4.   Does not apply to interior lot line of townhouse developments.

   B.   Mobile Home Parks In RMH District 1 :
      1.   General Requirements:
         a.   The tract shall comprise a single, contiguous parcel except where the site is divided by public streets or alleys.
         b.   Minimum internal street surfacing width: twenty four feet (24') (not dedicated).
         c.   All mobile home dwellings placed shall be completely skirted with skirting foundation.
         d.   All mobile home dwellings placed shall be anchored by an anchoring system. (Ord. 165, 12-6-1983)
         e.   All mobile homes placed in the city of Drumright shall be certified and display such certification on the exterior of the mobile home that they have been constructed in accordance with the applicable national mobile home or manufactured home construction and safety standards and that they are not more than fifteen (15) model years old at the time of placement. (Ord. 257, 12-8-2008)
         f.   One identification sign may be erected on each perimeter street frontage. The sign shall not exceed thirty two (32) square feet in surface area nor fifteen feet (15') in height; and illumination, if any, shall be by constant light.
      2.   Tract Development Standards:

   g.    h. A six foot (6') screening fence shall be provided along the perimeter boundaries of the development. Areas used for the collection of trash and garbage shall be screened, both externally and internally, from view.
      3.   Internal Mobile Home Space Requirements:

Maximum area of space coverage by roofed area (roofed area is the sum of the square footages of the mobile home dwelling plus carport and outdoor recreation shelters, plus any independent accessory buildings; except, a carport or recreation shelter which is open for 50 percent or more of its perimeter shall be computed as 1/2 the area covered by the roof).
   i. A suitable paved outdoor living area shall be provided on each space and shall be a minimum of one hundred (100) square feet and have a minimum dimension of ten feet (10'). This area may be covered with a roof, subject to limitations imposed by lot coverage maximums. Parking areas and driveways shall not be included as part of this outdoor living area.
