10-6-2: PRINCIPAL USES PERMITTED:

The principal uses permitted in the residential districts are designated by use unit. The use units are groupings of individual uses and are fully described, including their respective off street parking, loading and screening requirements and other use conditions in chapter 11 of this title. The use units permitted in residential districts are set forth in table 1 of this section.

Notes:

   1.   X = use by right; E = special exception required.

   2.   Multi-family dwellings, other than townhouses, are not permitted in the RM-T district.

   3.   Special exception required in RS-3 districts. Not permitted in RE, RS-1 and RS-2 districts.

   4.   Allowable use in RHM and RS-3 districts with an exception granted by the City Commission.

   5.   Allowable use in AG, RMH, and RS-3 districts with an exception granted by the City Commission.
