10-4-5: DIVISION OF LOTS:

A lot shall not hereafter be divided into two (2) or more lots, unless all lots resulting from such division conform to all the applicable regulations of the zoning district in which located and comply with the Drumright subdivision regulations. (Ord. 165, 12-6-1983)
