Meetings shall be held at the call of the chairman or at such other times as the board may determine or, if not urgent, the item may be listed on the next city commission agenda as an action item as follows: The city commission, acting as the board of adjustment, will discuss and take action as deemed appropriate with regard to...(item to be considered). In all matters, the board shall decide within ninety (90) days after the filing of an application for relief.
