A. Territorial Jurisdiction: This title shall be in full force and effect and shall apply to all lands within the incorporated limits of the city.
B. Annexed Territory: When any territory shall be brought into the zoning jurisdiction of the city, by annexation or otherwise, such territory shall be deemed to be in the AG agriculture district. This provision shall not operate to preclude subsequent rezoning of such property by amendment in the manner set forth in chapter 14 of this title.
C. Property Owned, Leased Or Operated: Property owned, leased or operated by the city, or any other public or governmental body or agency shall be subject to the terms of this title. (Ord. 165, 12-6-1983)
