9-3-9: INSPECTION OF WIRING:

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person, contractor or workman, whether he is connected with the electrical contractor who is making the wiring installation or not, to cover up or conceal any wiring before the same has been inspected and approved by the electrical inspector. (1980 Code § 4-47)
