9-3-5: INSTALLATION PERMIT REQUIRED; FEES:
   A.   Permit Required; Issuance:
      1.   All electrical contractors, before beginning work on any electrical installation for lighting, heating or power, must make written application to the city clerk for each and every installation.
      2.   The city clerk shall issue permits only to contractors whose license is in full force and effect. (1980 Code § 4-41)
   B.   Permit Fees: Permit fees shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the board of commissioners. (2002 Code)
