A. Authority: The city is hereby authorized to sell lots in Green Lawn Cemetery for burial purposes. Said lots shall be sold in size and location as shown on the plat referred to in section 7-7-2 of this chapter.
B. Fees Imposed:
1. There shall be a fee of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) for each of the lots in, and including, block 1 through block 16 and block 33 through block 48, excepting lots 1 and 18, in blocks 40 and 41, and lots 9 and 10 in blocks 8 and 9, for which there shall be a fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00).
2. There shall be a fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each lot in block seventeen (17) through and including block thirty two (32). (Ord. 207, 5-6-1997)
