7-6-3: PLANS FOR NEW PARKS, APPROVAL:
All plans for new parks or changes in the parks or parkings of the city shall be prepared by the city manager and approved by the board of commissioners. (1980 Code § 15-9; amd. Ord. 282, 11-8-2010)
