7-5-5: UNLAWFUL TO DAMAGE:
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to cut, scar, break or bend any limbs or otherwise injure any shade tree on the streets, alleys or public places of the city, except as hereinbefore provided. (1980 Code § 19-54)
