7-1-14: CERTAIN VEHICLES ON PAVEMENT PROHIBITED:
   A.   Prohibited Act: No person shall drive or cause to be driven on any paved streets or alleys of the city, an automobile from which the rubber tire has been removed, except that the iron rim thereon shall be perfectly flat and sufficiently wide not to mar or injure the pavement over which it is driven, nor shall any person drive or cause to be driven, hauled or dragged, any vehicle or contrivance of any kind, over or upon, any of the paved streets or alleys that will in any manner mar or injure such pavement.    B.   Offense: The marring or injuring of pavements in any such manner shall render the person thereof guilty of an offense and punishable therefor.
   C.   Costs A Lien Against Vehicle: The damage so caused shall be held as a charge or a lien against the vehicle or contrivance causing such damage, and against the owner or operator thereof. (1980 Code § 19-27)
