A. Unsafe Condition Prohibited: It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to permit the sidewalk adjacent to his premises to be or continue in a broken or unsafe condition so as to endanger life and limb of any person traveling thereon.
B. Notice To Repair; Nonliability Of City 1 : Individual property owners shall properly maintain all existing sidewalks, and if said property owner does not so maintain same, then after notice by the city of the existence of defects therein, the city shall not be liable for any injury to person or property caused thereby.
