7-1-3: SALE OF MERCHANDISE ON STREET AND SIDEWALK:
No person shall himself or by his agent use any portion of the street for the sale or advertising of any merchandise of any kind or character whatsoever. Such act shall be an offense and be punished accordingly. (1980 Code § 19-3)
