6-3-5: PERSONS UNDER INFLUENCE OF LIQUOR OR DRUGS:
It is unlawful for any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs to drive or be in actual physical control of any vehicle within the city. (1980 Code § 20-53)
