6-1-25: CLINGING TO VEHICLES:
No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, rollerblades, in-line skates, sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any vehicle upon a roadway. (1980 Code § 20-96; amd. 2002 Code)
