The city of Drumright, its elected officials, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or claim resulting from any failure to respond to an alarm site or the failure to investigate whether an intrusion alarm dispatch request was due to criminal activity or a false alarm dispatch. This chapter shall create absolutely no duty or liability upon the city of Drumright, its elected officials, officers, employees and agents. (Ord. 314, 4-13-2015)
