A. On the expiration date or up to thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, if the residential or commercial alarm user continues to meet the requirements of section 5-6-4 of this chapter, a first response certificate may be renewed upon the submission of an updated application and the payment of a renewal fee. The renewal fee shall be thirty five dollars ($35.00) for a residential alarm user and seventy five dollars ($75.00) for a commercial alarm user. A first response certificate that is not renewed within ninety (90) days after its expiration shall not be renewed. (Ord. 314, 4-13-2015)
