1-1-4: TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION:

The provisions of this code shall be applicable and effective within the corporate boundaries of the city, and all other territory over which the city is granted police power, or other power, by virtue of the laws and constitution of the state of Oklahoma. (1980 Code § 10-9)
