A. Permitting Violation: It shall be unlawful for the parent, parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a person under eighteen (18) years of age to knowingly permit such minor to violate the provision of section 5-2-2 of this chapter.
B. Additional Responsibility: Additional parental and guardian responsibility must be exercised as may be required by state law or regulation. (1980 Code § 14-31)
