Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by assessment of a fine in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus court costs for each offense and the revocation of the occupancy permit of the structure(s) involved.
