8-2-020: UTILITY LINES REQUIRED TO BE UNDERGROUND:
Except as provided in sections 8-2-030 and 8-2-040 of this chapter, all utility lines, including telecommunications lines, installed within Draper City after the effective date hereof shall be installed underground. (Ord. 340, 11-16-1999)
