§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of §§ 90.23, 90.29 and 90.32 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $10.
   (C)   Violation of §§ 90.21, 90.22, 90.24 and 90.30 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $25.
   (D)   Violation of §§ 90.01, 90.30 and 90.31 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $50.
   (E)   Violation of §§ 90.04, 90.05, 90.06 and 90.27 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $250.
   (F)   Violation of §§ 90.02, 90.03 and 90.28 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
