§ 90.04 NUMBER OF ANIMALS ALLOWED.
   (A)   No more than ten total chickens or ducks are allowed on property smaller than one-half acre. For properties one-half acre or larger, no more than 20 total chickens or ducks are allowed.
   (B)   Roosters and capons are prohibited within city limits regardless of the size of the property.
   (C)   No more than five rabbits are allowed on property smaller than one-half acre. For properties one-half acre or larger, no more than ten rabbits are allowed.
   (D)   No fowl larger than a chicken or duck are allowed within city limits. This includes, but is not limited to, geese, turkeys, guinea and peacocks. Any fowl smaller than a chicken must follow the number of chickens or ducks allowed.
   (E)   No more than two pet pigs are allowed within city limits, regardless of the size of the real property. Pet pigs must be miniature breeds only.
   (F)   (1)   Keeping of livestock is prohibited on property inside city limits.
      (2)   For the purpose of this division (F), LIVESTOCK includes, but is not limited to, horses, mules, donkeys, cattle, goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas, ostriches, emus and the like.
