§ 90.29 REPORTING OF BITING DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS.
   (A)   The owner of a dog or other animal which bites a human being shall immediately notify the dog control authority of such bite, the time and circumstances of such bite and the name and address of the person bitten, if known.
   (B)   Any person who is bitten by a dog or other animal shall forthwith notify the dog control authority of such bite, giving a description of the dog or other animal, the time and circumstances of the bite and the name and address of the owner, if known. When a doctor, veterinarian, hospital employee or other person has information that a person has been bitten by a dog or other animal, such person shall forthwith notify the dog control authority.
