8-1-9: ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (ADUs):
An "accessory dwelling unit (ADU)" as defined in section 8-1-2 of this chapter is a second, subordinate dwelling unit for use as a complete, independent dwelling. The minimum charge for an accessory dwelling unit shall be 0.5 ERU. (Ord. 131, 6-4-2014)
