12-1-1: SHORT TITLE:

This title shall be known as the CITY OF DOVER ZONING REGULATIONS. (Ord. 146, 9-22-2016)

12-1-2: AUTHORITY:

This title is enacted pursuant to the authority granted by Idaho Code title 67, chapter 65, local land use planning act; title 50, chapter 13, plats and vacations; and the Idaho constitution, article XII, section 2, as currently comprised or as subsequently amended. Provisions of this title shall apply, to the extent permitted by law, to all property in the incorporated boundaries of the city. (Ord. 146, 9-22-2016)
