549.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Any owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of such land, who fails to comply with an order issued by the Director of Public Service under Sections 549.02 or 549.07(c) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of such who having assumed responsibility for maintaining property under 549.05 fails to do so, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A minimum ten dollar ($10.00) fine shall be mandatory under this subsection.

   (b)    Any person who violates Section 549.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. At least a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fine shall be mandatory upon conviction of finding of guilty for violation of Section 549.06, for each and every offense.

   (c)    Any person found guilty of maintaining such nuisances as described in Sections 549.07 or 549.011, on the premises owned or controlled by him, and/or abutting the premises is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day's subsequent maintenance of such nuisance after conviction hereunder shall be deemed a separate offense.
