(A) “As built” or “record” drawings of waterline plans shall be prepared by a professional engineer and the “corrected” original drawings (or a duplicate Mylar copy of the “corrected” original drawings) shall be provided to the city.
(B) “As built” plans shall include a certification thereon signed by the registered professional engineer in charge of the work that the “as built” drawings of the waterlines are true and correct and that he or she (the registered professional engineer) has inspected the construction of the waterline installation and that the materials and installation of same were all done in conformance with the city standard specifications for the construction of waterline improvements.
