§ 152.038 PUBLIC FACILITIES ZONE P-F.

   In a P-F Zone, the following regulations shall apply.

   (A)   Uses permitted outright. In a P-F Zone, the following uses are permitted subject to the applicable provisions of §§ 152.055 through 152.076, 152.115 through 152.117, and 152.225 through 152.235 of this chapter:

      (1)   Public parks and playgrounds, swimming pools, golf courses, or similar recreation facility intended for use by the public;

      (2)   Public schools and associated facilities;

      (3)   Hospitals;

      (4)   Government use; and

      (5)   Solid waste disposal facility.

   (B)   Conditional uses permitted. Expansion of existing facilities that would substantially increase overall capacity or the conversion of one outright use to another may be permitted when authorized in accordance with the provisions of §§ 152.055 through 152.076, 152.115 through 152.117, 152.130 through 152.136, and 152.225 through 152.235 of this chapter:

      (1)   Expansion of public park and playground, golf course, swimming pool, or similar recreation facility;

      (2)   Expansion of public schools and associated facilities;

      (3)   Expansion of hospitals;

      (4)   Expansion of government use;

      (5)   Expansion of solid waste disposal facility; and

      (6)   Conversion of one outright use to another outright use.
