§ 93.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 93.001 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.035 through 93.049 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $50. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
   (D)   Any person who violates § 93.060 is guilty of a misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day, or part thereof, during on or which a violation occurs or continues.
   (E)   Whosoever violates § 93.061 shall be punished as follows:
      (1)   First offense: written warning;
      (2)   Second offense: $100 fine; and
      (3)   Third and subsequent offenses: $300 fine.
   (F)   Whoever violates § 93.062 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $50 and costs of prosecution.
   (G)   Whoever violates §§ 93.075 through 93.080 shall be fined not less than $25 for each offense.
