§ 93.061 DISTURBING SOUNDS, NOISES OR PERFORMANCES IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   (A)   Generally. It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper, manager or any person in charge or control of a night club, restaurant, dance or amusement hall, tavern or other public place to engage in or permit the playing of musical or other instruments or the making of other noises in or about the premises in such a manner as to unreasonably and unnecessarily disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood after 11:30 p.m. The charging document issued under this section shall state the specific date and time at which the offense is alleged to have occurred.
   (B)   Permit required. A representative from a night club, restaurant, dance or amusement hall, tavern or other public place must apply for a permit with the Village Zoning Inspector for any type of live outdoor performance to be performed within the village, including, but not limited to, concerts, pageants and auditions.
