§ 93.062 REGULATING NOISE FROM USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
   No person shall operate any motor vehicle except when necessary for safe operation or in compliance with the law, in such manner that the vehicle or its motor is so rapidly accelerated or started from a standing position that the exhaust system emits a loud, cracking, chattering or other noise unusual to its normal operation, or the rubber tires of such vehicle squeal or leave tire marks on the roadway, commonly called “peeling”.
