Open burning shall be regulated pursuant to the requirements and restrictions as listed in O.A.C. Chapter 1301:7-7-03, § 307, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, and adopted by reference as if set out at length herein, with the exception that the use of portable outdoor fireplaces are not permitted in the village.
