SECTION 5.01 APPOINTMENT.
   The Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor in accordance with Section 4.02(A)(8) hereof, provided such appointment shall be subject to the approval of Council by a vote of two-thirds (2/3rds) of its members. (Amended 11-3-20)
