§ 71.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   The violation of §§ 71.01 through 71.06 shall be a petty offense as set forth in the village ordinances.
   (C)   The violation of §§ 71.20 through 71.23 shall be a petty offense as set forth in the village ordinances. The minimum fine for said offense shall be $75.
   (D)   Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 71.35 through 71.37 shall be guilty of a petty offense.
