(A) Except for Highway Avenue, the operation of golf carts is hereby authorized on the village streets, subject to the restrictions set forth below.
(B) Golf carts may make a direct crossing of Highway Avenue at any intersection of Highway Avenue and a village street.
(C) However, said crossing shall be as direct as possible.
(D) When crossing Highway Avenue, each golf cart should yield to all cross-traffic.
