(A) Unless otherwise specified, any violation of these chapters shall be deemed a petty offense.
(B) Upon conviction of a petty offense, the court may sentence the defendant to:
(1) A period of continual discharge;
(2) A fine of up to $500 with a minimum fee of $25;
(3) Pay costs of suit; or
(4) Make restitution to any victim.
(C) The Unified Code of Corrections, 730 ILCS 5/1-1-1 et seq. as made applicable by 730 ILCS 5/5-1-15, shall apply to all sentences for the violation of these chapters.

(D) Whoever violates any provision of this code or other ordinance of this village for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $750 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
