§ 71.37  REGULATIONS.
   The following regulations are hereby established for the operation of snowmobiles within the corporate limits of the village.
   (A)   No person shall operate a snowmobile on private property without the permission of the owner, or party in possession by consent of the owner.
   (B)   No person shall operate a snowmobile in the village, except during the hours from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
   (C)   No person under 16 years of age shall operate a snowmobile in the village, except on private property with the owner’s permission.
   (D)   An operator of a snowmobile on any roadway shall obey all traffic laws, control devices, and the orders of all authorized persons directing traffic.
   (E)   No person shall operate a snowmobile in such a way to cause excessive noise. A snowmobile shall not be operating without suitable and effective muffling devices which limit engine noise.
   (F)   No person shall operate a snowmobile without a safety, or “Dead Man Throttle”, in operating condition.
   (G)   All snowmobiles within the village limits shall have at least one head light and one taillight.
