147.10 HOLIDAY ALLOWANCES FOR JUDICIAL EMPLOYEES.
   Employees appointed by the Judge or Clerk of the Municipal Court and the Assistant City Law Director shall not be required to work on any day designated as a “State Holiday” by Ohio R.C. 124.18 and 124.19 unless, in the opinion of the employee's appointing authority, failure to work would impair the public service. Employees subject to this section shall be paid for eight hours at their regular rate of pay if permanently employed on a full time basis or for four hours at their regular rate of pay if permanently employed on a part time basis. The benefits accorded the employees subject to this section are in lieu of all benefits provided by Sections 147.07, 147.08 and 147.09.
