(a) Violation of Section 1331.03 by the commencement of any work for which a permit is required prior to the issuance of that permit constitutes a misdemeanor offense of the fourth degree.
(b) Violation of Section 1331.03 by the continuation of any work in disregard of a lawful order to discontinue such work constitutes a misdemeanor offense of the first degree.
(c) Violation of Section 1331.04(d) of the Codified Ordinances constitutes a misdemeanor offense of the fourth degree. Each day during which the use or occupation of the premises continues in the absence of the required Certificate shall constitute a separate offense.
