(a) No person shall construct, erect, build or equip any building or structure to which the Ohio Building Code, the Ohio Residential Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings or any other technical code adopted by Ordinance is applicable, or make any or alteration affecting the construction, sanitation, safety or other vital feature of such building or structure, except in compliance with all applicable provisions of said Codes and all lawful orders issued pursuant thereto.
(b) No person shall construct or install site improvements to which the Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing is applicable except in compliance with all applicable provisions of said Code and all lawful orders issued pursuant thereto.
(c) No person shall erect any manufactured housing unit that has not been inspected at the point of origin and approved for its intended use by the Ohio Department of Commerce.
