1315.01 JURISDICTION.
   (a)    The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals shall have jurisdiction to review, reverse, modify or affirm the determination of the Building and Zoning Commissioner to:
      (1)    Deny the issuance of or to revoke a Certificate of Registration pursuant to Chapter 1313 of the Codified Ordinances;
      (2)   Deny the issuance of any permit required for the lawful performance of work or to issue a stop work Order pursuant to subsections (b), (c), (d) or (e) of Section 1311.05 of the Codified Ordinances;
      (3)    Deny the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance required by Section 1331.04 of the Codified Ordinances for lawful occupancy of any building or other structure;
      (4)    Order remedial action pursuant to subsection (f) or (g) of Section 1311.05.
   (b)    All proceedings in appeal of any action taken by the Commissioner pursuant to Part Thirteen of the Codified Ordinances shall be conducted in conformity with the procedural requirements of this chapter except:
      (1)   Proceedings in appeal of any action taken by the Commissioner pursuant to Chapter 1333 shall, to the extent that such provisions are irreconcilably inconsistent with the requirements of this chapter, be conducted in conformity with the procedural requirements of Chapter 1333 and the exercise of discretion by the Board shall be subject to the limitations. expressed in that chapter; and,
      (2)    Proceedings in appeal of any action taken by the Commissioner pursuant to Chapter 1337 shall, to the extent that such provisions are irreconcilably inconsistent with the requirements of this chapter, be conducted in conformity with the procedural requirements of Chapter 1337 and the exercise of discretion by the Board shall be subject to the limitations expressed in that chapter.
