Sec. 22-167. Exhibit G. Fire Lanes Designated:
   In accordance with the provisions of section 22-76 of this chapter, the following locations are designated as fire lanes:
   Deerfield High School-Circle Drive. On the south side thereof throughout its length from its intersection with Waukegan Road, east and southeasterly to the end thereof, a distance of 1,047'; and on the north side thereof, from the gymnasium entrance east and south, a distance of 415'. Said area shall be painted yellow.
   Deerbrook Shopping Center. A 10' wide lane extending along the access drive on which the several business establishments front as more fully described in a certain agreement dated June 16, 1969, by and between the village and Northwest National Bank of Chicago, as trustee under trust no. 122.
   Deerfield Commons Shopping Center. A 10' wide lane extending along the access drive on which the several business establishments front as more fully described in a certain agreement dated June 26, 1969, by and between the village and American National Bank, as trustee under trust no. 13009.
   Montgomery Ward Retail Store. A land approximately 10' wide extending along and adjacent to the westerly, southerly and easterly sides of the principal building located on said premises including the entrance and exit drives to and from Waukegan Road, all as more fully described in a certain agreement dated January 3, 1972, by and between the village and Montgomery Ward Realty Corporation.    Lake-Cook Plaza Shopping Center. A land approximately 10' wide extending along and adjacent to the southerly access drive on which the several business establishments located thereon front. (Ord. 0-77-16, 3-7-1977)
   Cadwell Corners Shopping Center. A 10' wide lane extending along the access drive on which several business establishments front as more fully described in a certain agreement dated August 20, 1984, by and between the village and American National Bank, as trustee under trust 48023.    Hyatt Deerfield Hotel. A 10' wide lane extending along the access drive more fully described in a certain agreement dated December 19, 1988, by and between the village and Hyatt Deerfield Hotel. (Ord. 0-89-05, 1-16-1989)

   Lake Cook Office Center. A 10' wide lane extending across those portions of the Lake Cook Office Center property, 1411 Lake-Cook Road, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated May 6, 1991, by and between the village and Stein and Company Management, Inc., as agent for Lake Cook Office Development Company - building two.
   Lake Cook Office Center. A 10' wide lane extending across those portions of the Lake Cook Office Center property, 1415-1417 Lake-Cook Road, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated May 6, 1991, by and between the village and Stein and Company Management, Inc., as agent for Lake Cook Office Development Company - buildings one, two, and three.
   Arbor Lake Center. A 10' wide lane extending across those portions of the Arbor Lake Center property, 1751 Lake- Cook Road, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated May 6, 1991, by and between the village and Stein and Company Management, Inc., as agent for Lake-Cook/Tollway Future Phase Associates.    Lake Cook Office Center. A 10' wide lane extending across those portions of the Lake Cook Office Center property, 1419 Lake-Cook Road, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated June 12, 1991, by and between the village and M and J Wilkow Management Corporation, as agent for Lake Cook Office Development Company Building Four Limited Partnership.    ArborLake Centre Commons Facilities. An 18' wide lane extending across those portions of the ArborLake Centre commons facilities property, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated November 6, 2000, by and between the village of Deerfield and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas (Illinois) LP, as agent for the ArborLake Centre commons facilities.
   Lake Cook Office Centre. An 18' wide lane extending across those portions of the Lake Cook Office Centre property, 1411, 1415 and 1419 Lake Cook, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated November 6, 2000, by and between the village of Deerfield and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company.
   Lake Cook Office Centre. An 18' wide lane extending across those portions of the Lake Cook Office Centre property, 1417 Lake Cook, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated November 6, 2000, by and between the village of Deerfield and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas (Illinois) LP, as agent for Lake Cook Office Development Company building three.
   Parkway North. An 18' wide lane extending across those portions of the Parkway North property, as more fully described in a certain agreement dated November 6, 2000, by and between the village of Deerfield and Carr Office Park, LLC. (Ord. 0-00-37, 11-6-2000)

   Deerfield Village Centre. An 18' wide lane extending across those portions of the Deerfield Village Centre property at the southwest corner of Waukegan Road and Deerfield Road as more fully described in a certain agreement dated February 20, 2001, by and between the village and Deerfield Village Centre, LLC.    Corporate 500 Centre. An 18' wide fire lane extending across those portions of the Corporate 500 Centre property on the north side of Lake-Cook Road and east of the Wisconsin Central Railroad tracks as more fully described in a certain agreement dated March 4, 2002, by and between the village and EOP-Corporate 500 Centre, LLC.
